It’s Grand Final week, and for the first time since 2008, our first grade team will be on the field at Dorrien Gardens in Perth, doing battle with our main rivals this season, the Fremantle Roosters.

Our reserves will also be there, facing up to the Willagee Bears, who managed to get across the line 26-24 against North Beach on the weekend.

To get everyone in the mood, here’s a quick checklist of the week ahead

Both squads will train from 6.30pm. Trainers will assess player injuries and allow the coaching staff to prepare for all eventualities.

Final training session of the week, followed by a special ‘send-off’ to both sides in the club rooms. Bring a plate, the bar will be open and we plan to give the boys the send off they deserve as we finalise preparations to head to Perth for the big day.

Both coaches will name their squads for the games – see them first here at

Match previews and final interviews only here.

Make sure you have the best seats for Grand Final day – a VIP package that includes beer, wine and food. $100 pp. Book with the chairman –

Reserves v the Bears, kickoff 2.30pm.
