The Rockingham Sharks are delighted to announce Doric as principle sponsor for its new junior Summer Camp, due to kick off on October 15.
The Sharks summer footy program is attracting strong registration with many young players signing up for the weekly session – a program that will include skill sets, fitness, mental health and nutrition, as well coaching support from several seniors Sharks players.
Club president Pete Rowe thanked Doric for their support and hoped the relationship would help young players learn new skills and become better footballers and better young people.
“It’s critical we invest in our junior programs and I would like to thank Kirsten Leeder for her invaluable help in securing such a high profile partner,” he said.
“More partners will be announced soon and we are all excited ab out this summer camp – were we can really help provide our young players with so many skills – both on the footy field and in life.”
Doric Senior Project Manager Beau Rowles said the project resonated with their community ideals.
“We are delighted to be involved in a great community initiative to help mentor young sports people in Rockingham,” he said.
