Rockingham Sharks have named their side for tomorrow’s first and reserve grade Smarter Than  Smoking Premiership grand finals with coach Darren Shaw picking a strong 17 to face the Fremantle Roosters at Perth’s Dorrien Gardens.

But utility Caleb Reedy ruled himself after training last night, still feeling the effects of an ankle injury he picked up in the prelim final win over Joondalup last weekend.

Reedy unselfishly declared he didn’t feel 100 per cent, a move which allowed Richie Hicks to be recalled back into the squad.

The two men missing out, who will play in the reserve grand final, are Ian Wood and Ezra Taomia – but Brandon Timlin, who has spent much of the season sidelined with injury has forced his way back into contention with a bench spot.

Timlin’s inclusion will give Shaw plenty of options from that bench with Matt Rangiuia, Hicks and fit again Pete Worth all capable of proving match winning performances.

Reserve grade kicks off at 2.30pm with the main event at 4pm.

Tickets still available at the gate – $10 adults, children free.

And if you cannot make it, the game will be livestreamed on the NRLWA Youtube page.

A massive day for the club and we wish everyone great success – let’s bring home those flags!
